It would be great to have a few acres of land, if it wasn't impossible to find reasonable priced land.
Is there any land in Wake County that doesn't cost a fortune?

    That is the question.
And cheap land probably has problems.

Does anyone know a bank who will lend money on land? No house just land. About 4.5 acres for sale for $143,000.

I don't think it is easy to find land in Wake County, as the rates has really raised a lot in recent years. I am still searching for the land from past two month but still yet to find any good one.

The developers get the nice larger parcels.
You have to scour the country side.

Wait until you get that little piece of land and try to build a house on it! $$$$$, OUCH.
