Where is the best source for heirloom tomato plants? I miss tomatoes that were bred and grown for flavor, not for commercial handling.
Is there any garden center that specializes in heirloom plants?

Try Wild Onion Farms in Middlesex. German Johnson tomatoes are the best ugly food you will ever eat!

I also have friends who bought seeds from Victory Seeds in Oregon, and they were happy.

Just saw this thread again, and too bad. I let the whole summer slip past without finding heirloom tomato species. 2013!
    Thanks Fran
